Backup Box FAQ’s

If you choose a month-to-month billing cycle, You will be billed the day of your purchase, and every 30 days after that. The same goes for if you choose a quarterly (every 3 months), biannually (every 6 months), or annual (every 12 months) plan.
If you would like to order a single Backup Box, just choose the month to month payment option, then login your account to cancel your subscription. Your login information is your email followed by the password you created when you first purchased the box.
Each month I aim to collaborate with a different women-owned business to create a limited edition item for the box. If I get to do a collaboration that business owner chooses what organization to donate that month’s proceeds to. If no one is available to collaborate I choose an organization myself that is beneficial to those who are historically marginalized and/or oppressed.
If an item arrives damaged or broken please e-mail me at Sara@NoKitchenSink.com with a picture of the damaged piece and I will handle each issue on a case by case basis. Please understand that I package every box myself and with great care, but I am not responsible for what happens once the box leaves my hands. Damaged items happen, but I will do everything I can to make it right!
Backup Boxes are shipped during the second week of every month.
Shipping is completed through USPS and typically take 1-3 days under Express.
To manage your subscription, please login to your account using the link in the top right corner of the homepage. Your username will be the e-mail you used to purchase the box. After you login there is a link on the left where you can manage your subscription.
If finances are a little tight for the month there is a pause option available for Backup Box subscriptions, and you can pause for up to two months. To pause your subscription just login to your account and the options with be under the, “Subscription” link on the left.
